The Process

Here is the basic process we will go through to get your web site up and running:

1. After you contact me with more information about your project, I will ask any additional information that is needed and give you an estimate for your project.
2. After estimate is accepted, I will send you a web site design contact that will need to be signed and dated. I also require a 50% deposit to begin work on your site. You will need to send me your FTP information (if you're hosting with me, no need to worry about this!) and all the materials for your web site, including graphics, photos, logos, text, brochures along any other information you want me to have to complete your web site.
3. Once the contract and deposit have been recieved, I will create three web site samples for your review.
4. You will review the web site samples and give me feedback. We will go through 2-3 more design rounds to get the initial template just right with your choice of colors, fonts and layout for your web site.
5. I will built out your web site and put it up on my test server for your review.
6. After the test web site is completed, I will send you a link for your final review. Any necessary changes will be made at this time. The remaining deposit for your web site is also due at this time.
7. I will put the final touches on your web site and get it published. I will make sure the web site is optimized and submitted to the major search engines, including Yahoo!, Google, and MSN. I will also submit your web site to the Open Directory Project.

Estimate & Fees

Design prices vary depending on your needs and the number of hours it will take to complete your web site. For a proper estimate and quote for your web site project, please fill out my online web form.

New clients who are looking for web site updates and maintenance only are charged at $45/hr.

New Client Referrals

For all of my previous clients, I offer a $10 credit towards future maintenance for each new referral for web site design or web site maintenace. New clients must make a purchase with me before the credit will be applied to you. Make sure the new client makes a reference to you in our inital contact to get the proper credit.

Web Site Hosting

I offer web site hosting for $6 a month. Visit my web site hosting section for more detailed information about what is included with my web site hosting packages. Domain registration can be added for an additional $5 to any web site hosting package. Domain registration is only offered with web site hosting. To register additional domains, I recommend using NameCheap.
